The Beauty of the Feminine

Grounded , Embodied and Connected to our nature, we know belonging & we are LOVE.

I have always loved the untouchable, the unreachable, the intangible and the mystery of life... 

 

Until I became 'untouchable, unreachable and intangible' in my intimate Relationship!!!

My journey with Dan & the initiations into Motherhood cracked me open to the core - from avoidance, unavailability and withholding love into the depth of instinctive trust, connectivity and  aliveness in relationship.

The Mystic in me took me deep within myself, while the Woman in me was silently screaming, confused, lost, disconnected in my life and in my capacity to love and Live from the Heart.

What we discovered was a Paradigm shift at the deepest level that transformed the Nature of our Relationship.

Heart-led & guided through my life, with a deep desire to understand the Nature of Reality, I was powerfully influencing the lives of everyone -  except myself...

 

The "Healer, Heal Thyself" was elusive in my intimate relationship. My 25-year career in the Medical Profession, Health, Wellbeing and Movement Medicine space & my lifelong journey with horse wisdom has gifted me strong structural, intuitive, instinctive & bone deep pattern recognition of the Journey of Being. It was time to shake my bones and be fully Present.

It was so hard to be Me, to be authentic, honest, seen and vulnerable with Dan. It was time to get forensic with myself and use all the inner and outer tools inwardly. From disconnect, distrust and distress to closeness, safety, passion and connection to Soul. This time I cracked open and the Relationship Code was born...

The Relationship Code transformed the foundation of my life and how I relate to my Body, to the 'Field' of Relational connection and in the Heart of my marriage. The Relationship Code is mirrored everywhere I Am.

 

I learned the hard truth "the way I do me, is the way I do life" and it took every drop of All-In commitment to transform my relationship to my Self. To lean in and reclaim abandoned, disempowered and dormant parts of myself that I'd outsourced to Dan. 

Highly confronting and profoundly liberating to integrate my relationship karma and drama and know that this was the patterning of what was emptying the love bucket in my Marriage with Dan. 

Through the Relationship Code I've restored my inner compass as a passionate Woman fully Alive in all my relationships. This inner map unlocked my depth capacity and relationship dexterity of joyful Union.
